Claire Parry Jones begun writing in school, but chose to be a journalist in newspapers and TV. More than a decade later, she retrained as a primary school teacher. After 15 years, she quit to focus on writing. Claire is now an alumni of the Faber & Faber Writing a Novel course. She lives with her husband, two children and a cocker spaniel in South Wales, and remains eternally intrigued by people and their stories.
